Warminster pub lauches loyalty card
(February 17, 2010)IF you are someone that occasionally goes 'one over the eight' then the Rose and Crown is probably the best place to be.
Landlady Emma Kidd rewards her regulars who have enjoyed nine pints of real ale by giving them their tenth pint for free.
It is not an encouragement to binge drinking as they can spread
their consumption over however they long they like so long as they do
not lose their loyalty card.
The East Street pub in Warminster has up to six different real ales available at any one time.
It does not double as a restaurant but has an additional nice touch of offering visitors on a Sunday a cheeseboard with biscuits.

"I have picked up my loyalty card as I do enjoy the occasional
pint of real ale that is on offer not just here but at several good
pubs in Warminster," said Paul Macdonald.
"My occasional visits to the Fox and Hounds also usually coincide with a £2 per pint offer.
"And the pub nearest to me, the Yew Tree, offers real ale as well."
