little secret but his cover was blown in The Avenue on Friday before the St George's Day parade.
''Two-year-old Amber-Lily Williams wanted to know why the pirate was talking to the soldier,'' said Paul Macdonald.
''Mum Louise Clark quickly explained that town crier Phil Seddon was being given his marching orders by Captain Tony Adams who was leading the Light Cavalry Band in the parade.''
